Experiences 1 :
What I did : So I painted my mum a Christmas scene with the colors of her decor for her room. I used the techniques I learned over the years and really had a lot of fun with it. I was able to disconnect and leave my phone down and just be in the moment

What I did : I did a 5k for Girl Scouts.

What I did : I got Samaritan boxes. I went round the likes of Walmart and Target searching for specific ones for 2 young kids one boy and one girl. Getting coloring books, toys and little things to play with. Then I wrapped them up placed it in the boxes, labeled them and drove to give them to someone wonderful women, who we talked about showed us where they are being shipped off to and set them on there merry way.

What I did : Currently painting old canvas for this holiday season. I'm early with all my Christmas decorations this year and decided to paint Christmas canvases for myself and my other family members.

Experience 1 Reflection :
I love painting. Every piece I do I end up doing something different. I've done something similar with a piece for my room with light gray and pinks. This piece I was able to capture a winter landscape with tall bushy trees the snow falling down and even the small skinny ones too. What was difficult with this piece was the shading of the trees and adding that shape to make the leaves look 3D. I was able to capture that with different layer of blues and the snow with a triangle shape brush really brought that to life. Over all I am really happy with what I ended up creating. Despite the difficulties I came across, it prove to be worth it, as the end result is beautiful.
